What is free

Care records, reminders, sharing a horse with others, documents and the services directory are free. Paid plans add features on top; nothing free becomes paid without notice.

Plans and prices

• Owner Pro, monthly: $0.99 for the first month, then $4.99 a month until you cancel. The first-month price applies to your first Owner Pro subscription only.
• Owner Pro, yearly: $29 for the first year, then $39 a year until you cancel. The first-year price applies to your first Owner Pro subscription only.
• Provider Pro: $19 a month, renewing automatically until you cancel.
• Barn plan: $2.00 per stall per month, renewing automatically until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; Equiny never sees or stores your card number.

Automatic renewal

Every plan renews automatically at the end of each period, at the regular price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You agree to this when you tick the box before paying. For yearly plans we email you 15 to 21 days before each renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel any time, online, from Me, then Manage subscription, in the app or on the web. It takes one click and needs no phone call or email. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account.

Price changes

If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and we email you. Paid features stay on meanwhile; if payment does not go through, the plan ends and your records stay.
